Meet Our Founders

We describe Debrief as a “community and people-first data company.” We gather data from marginalized and underserved communities and use it to influence decision-making processes and power structures like local governments, financial systems, public schools, and social services.

We work to amplify the voices of underserved communities. We do this by humanizing data. Our founding team has backgrounds in community organizing and we’ve seen how communities get reduced to numbers, metrics, and dollar amounts. Debrief tells the stories behind the numbers and provides insights to organizations so they can better serve those in need.
